Typically they say "check your frustrations at the door" but Ian will tell you to bring them on in to this class. Learn to kick, punch, and protect yourself in a safe environment with a well accredited instructor. Leave feeling lighter than air and much "safer to be around." They kid, but it does feel fabulous to kick it all out.
This class features 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of partner sparring and body weight drills. Classes are 75 minutes long. Please wear yoga pants/capris or shorts and a tank top or shirt. Tennis shoes are a must for this sport. Some gloves are provided but feel free to bring your own.
