There's strength in numbers. With so many classes to choose from, there's one to fit your goals. Chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly. Even better, they're packed with motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who'll inspire and push you to be your best. We work with your pace, so you are never rushed to move on if you aren't comfortable and never forced out of a class if you aren't ready. We'll be your partner every step (or pole climb or squat) of the way.

Below is our complete class schedule. To book, just click on your desired class and it will take you to the MindBody app or website to create your own profile. Your first pole, silks or lyra class is just $10!

Have a free class you're ready to use? Let your instructor know at the end of your class and they can help you book and redeem your free class!

How it works

Select an Intro class if you are a new student to pole, silks or lyra. You can take as many intro classes as you'd like, until you're ready to move on to level 1, in any apparatus. To move on to the next level, ask your Instructor for a Level Advancement Sheet. Instructions and guidelines are included in the sheet. Once you've satisfied all the requirements - you're good to level up!

Private Lessons

You're a lone wolf. A renegade. We get you. That's why we have private lessons available just for you. Want to work on that pole move that you are bound and determined to master? No problem. Wanting to focus on toning your muscles? We've got you. You chart your fitness course. We'll be your compass.
