Intro to Lyra: Focus on building the muscles that lift us into the hoop. Lots of conditioning exercises as well as beginner level poses. Working under and in the hoop.
Lyra 1: M This level focuses on putting the tricks together that you learned in Intro to Lyra to make what we call combos - or a sequence of tricks. You'll learn to transition into moves from inside the hoop, along with getting comfortable training on the top of the hoop.
