DEEP STRETCH & FLEXIBILITY
Open to all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Focused stretching allows muscles to relax and lengthen which puts less strain on the skeletal system and reduces tension throughout the body. This 45 minute class is aimed to increase mobility, alignment, and flexibility. Students that take this class regularly report improved flexibility and sleep.

POUND is a 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix™, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session! It is easily modified for all fitness levels!
