Our studio has been in business since 2007. Originally named Indy Pole Dancers, the studio has evolved into Indy Pole Dance and Fitness, and now finally DID FIT. When we first opened, pole fitness was our focus. We have expanded to offer many dance fitness activities including hip-hop and twerk. We also expanded to include many cardio classes such as PiYo and kickboxing. We are a studio for everyone and are here to help you achieve your goals.
In January 2016, we expanded to the west side of Indianapolis. This state of the art facility has the room for growth and also the ability to have state of the art equipment to service our client

We have to admit it…we have the BEST instructors around. All of our instructors are former students of our studio and love to pass on the same skills and passion to their students as their instructors have passed onto them.
Our instructors are always eager to learn more, and many of them attend our special workshops with special guests to learn as much as they can to pass on to you!
