Heather​

Heather first came to DID Fit with the intention to only take Pole classes. Soon though, she became intrigued by the sounds of "wow" and "*gasp*" that were coming from Lyra and Silks classes. She started becoming a frequent student in Silks and Lyra while continuing to take Pole classes. Lyra soon was one of her favorite apparatuses, and she decided to become certified to teach Lyra! Heather is now a Cirq Fit certified Lyra instructor! Outside of DID Fit, Heather works as an early interventionist in listening and spoken language for children birth to three, who are primarily hearing impaired. When not working or at the studio, she's taking long walks with her Sheepadoodle Rose or watching comedy shows. Her ultimate goal as an instructor is to help her students grow in their strength and flexibility.
